The Boy of the Painted Cave

The Boy of the Painted Cave

Tao is a marginalised individual. Tao, unlike his clan’s famous hunters, does not wish to slaughter the hunt’s wild bears or woolly mammoths. He would rather paint them instead. Cave painters, however, are solely for Chosen Ones. Furthermore, Tao is despised by Volt, the clan’s leader. When the rest of the tribe learns of Tao’s hidden talent, they abandon him in the desert. There, he meets Ram, a wild wolf dog, and Graybeard, a mystery hunter who teaches him the true secret of the hunt.
