These fifteen pledges are the result of years of collaboration with CEOs and other leaders. For many people, they are radical or provocative. They have completely changed the game for both us and our clients. We believe they will be for you as well. Unconscious leadership, in our opinion, is not tenable. Long-term success for you, your group, or your company is not possible. Although unconscious leadership can produce immediate benefits, it has significant financial drawbacks.
